By submitting the application form for the Online Contest & Recognition Program , the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to students, startups, companies, and educational institutes who wish to showcase their achievements, innovations, or contributions in their respective fields.
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information while submitting the nomination form.
2. Submission of Information
Participants agree that all information submitted in the application form, including:
- Name
- Contact details
- Organization / Institute details
- Project or achievement descriptions
- Photographs, logos, videos, and documents
is correct and belongs to them or their organization.
The organizing team reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted information.
3. Use of Participant Data for Promotion
By submitting the nomination, participants grant permission to the organizing company to use their submitted content for promotional purposes.
This may include the use of:
- Participant name
- Organization / institute name
- Submitted photographs or logos
- Project descriptions
- Videos or presentations
- Achievements and business details
The above information may be used for:
- Social media posts
- Website listings
- Promotional creatives
- Press releases
- Marketing campaigns
- Digital promotions
The participant agrees that the organizing company may publish or promote this content through its official social media handles, website, marketing materials, and partner platforms without requiring additional permission.
4. No Financial Compensation
Participants acknowledge that the use of their submitted information, images, videos, or business details for promotional purposes will not entitle them to any financial compensation or royalties.
5. Nomination & Selection Process
All applications will be reviewed by the organizing team and jury panel.
Based on the evaluation criteria, Top 10 nominations from each category will be shortlisted.
The decision of the jury panel and organizing committee will be final and binding.
6. Disqualification
The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:
- False information is submitted
- Copyright or ownership violations occur
- Any unethical or misleading content is found
7. Privacy & Data Use
Participant contact information such as email address and phone number may be used by the organizing company for:
- Contest communication
- Announcements and updates
- Future programs, events, or opportunities
The organizing company will not sell participant data to third parties without consent.
8. Modification of Terms
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify contest rules, timelines, or categories if required for operational reasons.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the nomination form, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
